Treatment Department
The department contains two sections
¡V Electrostatic-spray and Airbrush painting. A fully
automatic electrostatic-spray system is in operation to
improve quality and productivity. Much effort have been
put to simulate the actual colour of the cars in reality
which is one of the requirements of the car makers when
licences are granted to us to produce their miniature
replicas. Some parts of miniature in selected areas will
be colourising by Airbrush painting section. At the
workplace, the airbrush operators are compulsory to wear
spraying mask.
